While this is generally accepted as good quality and durable, it is not the best option for high horsepower builds and hard driving. Big V8s get hot, and the LS is no exception. This both increases the fluid capacity of the radiator, and improves the cores ability to dissipate heat. In addition, the 8mm super-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the core for the best possible performance. The improved airflow characteristics of the CSF core offers superior cooling when paired with intercoolers and heat exchangers installed in front for supercharger and turbo kits.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe TIG-Welded 100% All Aluminum construction increases the overall strength of the radiator.
