Shipping policy

PRODUCT STOCK STATUS: The stock status of the product on the website is updated on an hourly basis. Due to this, a product may show out of stock when it is in-stock, and can display as in-stock when it is out of stock. If there is a time pressure for your shipment, please use the contact form to confirm current stock. 

ORDER PROCESSING: Our team is active Monday - Friday 9 AM - 4 PM. In-stock orders are processed for same-day shipping Monday - Friday until 2 PM. After 2PM, or on a weekend, in-stock orders will be shipped the next business day (Monday - Friday). 

Out of stock items on orders will be processed on all business days. If your item is out of stock, our team will email you with an update.  

You will receive an email with the tracking information once shipped. 

STORE PICKUP: We do not offer store pick-up for online orders.

Domestic UK Shipping: Making sure your order gets to you cost-efficiently, swiftly and dependably is very important to us. We typically ship using a blend of Royal Mail, DPD or DHL services. 

  • Upto 2KG = Royal Mail 

  • 2KG + = DPD 

  • 30KG + / oversize = DHL 

Occasionally, our shipping team may ship your item using a different service. 

All deliveries require a signature at the delivery address on the order. They cannot be re-routed, left in a safe place or collected from depots without ID. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: As with our domestic UK delivery, making sure your order gets to you cost-efficiently, swiftly and dependably is very important to us. We typically ship using a DHL economy or express shipment. 

Occasionally, our shipping team may ship your item using a different service.

Consumer orders are shipped on Delivered At Place (DAP) intercom terms. If located outside of the UK, the consumer is responsible for paying any import duties, fees and taxes.Business orders with shipping selected are shipped on Free Carrier (FCA) intercom terms. The seller will prepare export documents and submit to the courier, the buyer will help the seller with any further export information if required. All risk transfers to the buyer as soon as collected from the sellers premises. The buyer agrees to arrange their own insurance to cover any losses.

Business orders with pickup selected are shipped Ex Works (EXW) intercom terms. The buyer agrees to arrange their own insurance to cover any losses.
