CSF teamed up with leading VAG specialists from Southern California, Pacific German, to bring this critical intercooler system to market, unlocking the full potential and increasing power goals of the new C8 platform. With the OEM intercoolers, the new C8 platform starts to exhibit heat soak and run-away increases in IATs, which then triggers the ECU system to pull timing out of the engine and subsequently lowers performance.The most important feature of the CSF by PWR RS6/RS7 Intercooler System is the Formula-1 grade intercooler core. CSF's strategic relationship with PWR has allowed the inclusion of this core, which is unlike any other available in the performance aftermarket. Featuring two rows of rolled cooling tubes with inner fins, these cores make for the most efficient intercoolers available. Because of this, they are able to eliminate heat soak and lower IATs much more efficiently than traditional Bar & Plate or Tube & Fin designs. This gives us maximum performance for extended periods of time under demanding driving conditions and for vehicles with increased power levels through modifications and tuning. As with our other products produced through our PWR partnership, our new RS6/RS7 Intercoolers feature 100% TIG-welded machined billet aluminum end tanks vs. the OEM crimped cast aluminum end tanks. This feature is not only aesthetically pleasing, but is also stronger for longevity and durability on high-performance vehicles. The CNC machined billet end tanks are ready to withstand increased boost pressures from higher performance tunes, as well as upgraded turbochargers.With the enthusiasm that RS6/RS7 customers have for their vehicles, the platform is already the coveted 1000hp mark and the CSF intercoolers are one of the critical components in reaching these power goals.The CSF #8194B comes in Thermal Black Heat Dispersion. What are the delivery methods and charges for UK, Europe and Rest of World (ROW)?


Regal Autosport uses a variety of shipping services to give the best combination of value, service and speed to our customers. This will vary on location, value of the time and size to name a few.


Regal Autosport may drop-ship directly from the manufacturer to the customer if the product is a non-stock item and this provides the best value and service. If this is the case, the delivery method may be different.


Shipping is calculated automatically at the checkout, depending on your location and the products ordered. On occasion, the shipping price may be incorrect due to your location or the product being oversized in dimension or weight. Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible with our shipping prices, from time to time they might be inaccurate. We will not know until we process your order if this is the case, we will contact you if this is the case and provide you with the option of cancelling or payment of the difference.


Due to the value of the products sold we only deliver to the verified address of any payment method OR any address if paid for by bank transfer. Thanks to scammers, we simply do not take the risk and any order which does not have a verified address will be cancelled.


Any customer with an order which has been damaged in transit must notify Regal Autosport immediately and within 14 calendar days of shipping. If this is not done, the shipping insurance cannot be used, and you will not be compensated. 


United Kingdom Mainland


Within the United Kingdom Mainland, we use DPD Local. This service is a next working day service. For orders which are in-stock and make the 2PM same-day shipping cut-off, they will be delivered the following working day. A working day is Monday - Friday only.


Tracking is automatically sent to your email address or mobile address or both once the order has been processed for shipping. You will then typically receive a 1-hour delivery window on the day.


United Kingdom Non-Mainland 

Within the United Kingdom Non-Mainland, we use DPD Local. This service is a next working day or 2 working day service. For orders which are in-stock and make the 2PM same-day shipping cut-off, they will be delivered the following working day or the second working day. A working day is Monday - Friday only. 


Europe 

For Europe, we use DHL. Your delivery location will determine the transit time. Orders in-stock and placed before 2PM will ship the same working day. A working day is Monday - Friday only.
