CSF Ferrari FF / GTC4Lusso / F12 / 812 / Monza High-Performance All-Aluminum Radiator
Do you have questions about this product?
📞 Ask an Expert!Ferrari makes the most iconic grand tourers in the world, and its front-engined V12 cars are meant to be driven. While they may not be pushed as hard as their mid-engined counterparts, owners still like to explore the limits of these machines — and the factory cooling system is the weak link when they do.
The OE radiator uses plastic end tanks bonded to an aluminum core. Over time those tanks deteriorate, and the bond between the core and the plastic typically begins to fail at around 10–12 years. The plastic inlet and outlet necks become brittle and can flake apart during routine service inspections, and the core is prone to fouling build-up, which restricts flow and can ultimately contribute to water pump failure.
CSF's answer is a direct-fit replacement built entirely from aluminum. The 2-row, 42mm core carries 87 cooling tubes across 88 fin rows and uses CSF's new 5mm fin design together with their Exclusive B-Tube Technology to deliver a 20-25% increase in heat transfer efficiency. The core is 28% larger than the OEM unit on the FF and GTC4Lusso, and 14% larger on the F12, 812 and Monza. TIG-welded 100% all-aluminum construction removes the plastic tanks entirely, and the satin black finish looks the part in the engine bay.
It drops straight into the OE location using the factory ducting and mounting system, requires no modifications, and every unit is individually leak and pressure tested.
