Presenting a World first – the Eventuri Hybrid Airbox System, a breakthrough intake solution for the BMW E85 Z4M. This system delivers the aggressive, race-inspired sound of the CSL Airbox with the seamless driveability and plug-and-play simplicity of a traditional intake. Until now, Z4M owners wanting the CSL airbox sound had to compromise on running the engine without the MAF sensor, often leading to expensive ECU conversions or remaps, where throttle response and driveability were negatively affected. Our Hybrid Airbox solves this problem and delivers the sound and power of a CSL airbox without the need for a remap, as well as the driveability and smooth performance delivery of a regular intake.
The Eventuri Difference
The airbox uses our Patented Venturi Carbon Fiber Housing which provides an aerodynamically efficient airflow path. Not just another cone filter with a heat shield but a unique design which invokes the Venturi affect and maintains laminar flow conditions to reduce the drag on the engine. DYNO TESTING
(E46 M3 Airbox results shown) This intake has been independently dyno tested by Dream Automotive in the UK. Tests were done back to back against the stock airbox and several runs were taken with each configuration. The dyno results show a consistent gain throughout the RPM range which can be attributed to the smoother pathway through the intake and airbox to the throttle bodies. The performance gain translates on the road to increased part throttle and full throttle response with the car pulling much more eagerly to the redline.
The Eventuri Z4M Hybrid Airbox System comes with everything you need for a full plug and play experience. The airbox, intake and breather tubes. Unlike our E46 M3 version, we could not reuse the existing Z4M intake due to the positioning of the airbox in the engine bay and so we had to redesign the intake to allow fitment.
