In the rare case of lost shipments:

After confirmation, we will replace the item or offer a discount, depending on the situation.
We take great care in packaging, but please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or missing.
Orders containing backordered items will be dispatched once all items are available.
We do not split ship orders. If you require partial delivery, please place separate orders for in-stock and backordered items.

All Eventuri products have a 1 year warranty.
This does not cover general wear & tear, including any external components such as scoops, which are subject to stone-chips etc. and harsh weather conditions.
Any damage caused by incorrect fitment/handling will void warranty. We recommend installation be undertaken by an experienced professional. Any products that have been altered in any way will also void warranty.
Warranty is not transferable, therefore second-hand products are NOT covered by warranty terms.
Any damaged items received MUST NOT be installed and must be reported to the dealer immediately.

We offer replacements only for damaged components. Please note the following information MUST be provided by the customer to initiate replacement requests:
If you wish to return any products, this must be done within the 28 day return policy guidelines. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving goods and returned within 14 days of notifying.
Returned goods must NOT be opened or used. If any products are opened and indicate signs of use, deductions will be made from the refund.
