About the Mantis MTP-1011 Ford 1.0 EcoBoost Performance Ignition Coil.

This Ford 1.0 EcoBoost Performance Ignition Coil is specifically for the earlier 2012-2017 generation of Ford’s characterful three-cylinder 1.0 EcoBoost engine. Most notably, it fits the Ford Fiesta Mk7 and Focus Mk3 – the two models most closely associated with the original 100PS and 125PS versions of this compact turbocharged engine.

The same 2012-2017 1.0 EcoBoost Performance Ignition Coil also supports selected Ford B-Max, C-Max, EcoSport and Mondeo applications using the earlier CM5G coil design, covering compatible 1.0 EcoBoost models from around 2012 to 2022 (note, for the later 1.0 EcoBoost engines, use Mantis MTP-1010).

These charismatic engines are well supported by the performance aftermarket, and the MTP-1011 adds a carefully engineered High Performance coil to any engine tuning upgrades - combining Mantis quality, stronger spark performance and direct OE plug-and-play fitment.
