• The gift card is exclusively digital and can only be purchased online.
• Upon purchase, it is promptly sent to the recipient’s email address, ensuring a seamless and eco-friendly transaction.

1. To redeem, recipients must create an online account in our shop.
2. After the account is set up, the e-Gift Card code received in the email should be entered in the 'My e-Gift Cards' section under 'My Account'.
3. Once added, the value of the gift card is immediately available for use. To apply your e-Gift Card balance you will need to select one of two options under "Apply e-Gift Card balance" at checkout. The options allow you to either apply a partial or full amount to your order.

• The e-Gift Card code must be redeemed within 12 months from the receipt, after which the code will become invalid.
• There is no expiration date for the value of the added e-Gift Card; it can be used at any time on any eligible products.

• The e-Gift Card provides the flexibility to use its value partially or in full, making it a user-friendly option for all your shopping needs.

• This is a digital product only; no physical card will be dispatched.
• Please ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly during the purchase to avoid any inconveniences.

We proudly ship our products across the UK, Europe, the USA, Australia, South East Asia, and other locations globally.There are no regions we restrict shipping to.

Carriers and Delivery Times

• United Kingdom: Royal Mail for small items; DPD Local for parcels up to 30kg.

• Small/medium/large parcels: DHL Express.
  Delivery estimate: 2–15 business days, depending on destination.
