This kit is a direct-fit upgrade which includes the arms, tension arms, spacers and headlight level screw.
These arms can be further upgraded by selecting the option with the Powerflex Castor bushes, these increase the caster which increases the dynamic negative camber and less bush deflection for further improved performance.

For M4 LCA fitting, with the wheel spaced out and added castor with a lower ride height, different wheel specs or spacers then they might need to be removed/adjusted

Do I need to make other changes when installing these control arms?
Sometimes, yes. If your car is lowered, or you're running wider wheels or spacers, you might need to adjust things or pull the spacers off completely to stop anything rubbing.
As they add negative camber by extending the bottom arm, aftermarket wheels with different offsets, different tyre sizes or spacers may cause the wheel and/or tyre to touch the wheel arch.
Recommendation: Check your fitment and always get a proper alignment after installation. That's the only way to know everything's working like it should.
