Would you like to book your dampers in for a scheduled maintenance? It's impossible to say exactly when your dampers should be serviced as use cases, operating environment and care procedures vary a lot in this industry. Our team recommends at a maximum the scheduled maintenance is at around 8,000 track miles, or 60,000. You are welcome to have your dampers serviced even sooner. This package includes a service for us to provide you with a DHL label, your dampers will be shipped to AST in the Netherlands, the factory will inspect the dampers.
This price includes for your damper to be broken down into its component form, inspected and rebuilt with new o-rings, new dust seals, new oil and labour. Depending on the outcome of the inspection, you may need additional components to complete the rebuild which are at an additional cost and can only be known once the factory has inspected, if additional parts are required, our team will reach out to you to provide you with an estimate. Once completed, these will then be delivered back to you.
You are responsible for ensuring your dampers are packaged adequately for for their outbound shipment to AST. Please ensure your dampers are cleaned prior to sending and this form is filled in: https://www.ast-suspension.uk/pages/book-a-service

What are the delivery methods and charges for UK, Europe and Rest of World (ROW)?
Regal Autosport uses a variety of shipping services to give the best combination of value, service and speed to our customers. This will vary on location, value of the time and size to name a few.
Regal Autosport may drop-ship directly from the manufacturer to the customer if the product is a non-stock item and this provides the best value and service. If this is the case, the delivery method may be different.
Shipping is calculated automatically at the checkout, depending on your location and the products ordered. On occasion, the shipping price may be incorrect due to your location or the product being oversized in dimension or weight. Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible with our shipping prices, from time to time they might be inaccurate. We will not know until we process your order if this is the case, we will contact you if this is the case and provide you with the option of cancelling or payment of the difference.
Due to the value of the products sold we only deliver to the verified address of any payment method OR any address if paid for by bank transfer. Thanks to scammers, we simply do not take the risk and any order which does not have a verified address will be cancelled.
Any customer with an order which has been damaged in transit must notify Regal Autosport immediately and within 14 calendar days of shipping. If this is not done, the shipping insurance cannot be used, and you will not be compensated.
United Kingdom Mainland
Within the United Kingdom Mainland, we use DPD Local. This service is a next working day service. For orders which are in-stock and make the 2PM same-day shipping cut-off, they will be delivered the following working day. A working day is Monday - Friday only.
Tracking is automatically sent to your email address or mobile address or both once the order has been processed for shipping. You will then typically receive a 1-hour delivery window on the day.
United Kingdom Non-Mainland
Within the United Kingdom Non-Mainland, we use DPD Local. This service is a next working day or 2 working day service. For orders which are in-stock and make the 2PM same-day shipping cut-off, they will be delivered the following working day or the second working day. A working day is Monday - Friday only.
Europe
For Europe, we use DHL. Your delivery location will determine the transit time. Orders in-stock and placed before 2PM will ship the same working day. A working day is Monday - Friday only.

For ROW and oversize items, we typically use DHL Express. Your delivery location will determine the transit time. Orders in-stock and placed before 2 PM will ship the same working day. A working day is Monday - Friday only.
