United Kingdom: Royal Mail for small items; DPD Local for parcels up to 30kg.

International:
Small packages: Royal Mail (postal service)
Small/medium/large parcels: DHL Express.
Delivery estimate: 2–15 business days, depending on destination.
Please note: We do not ship on weekends or UK Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the following business day.

In the rare case of lost shipments:

We take great care in packaging, but please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or missing.
Orders containing backordered items will be dispatched once all items are available.
We do not split ship orders. If you require partial delivery, please place separate orders for in-stock and backordered items.
